ZA-49-60 Heavy-Duty Fail-Safe Marine Mount — 850–1,000 kg, Captive Design

The ZA-49-60 is the high-load variant in our ZA-49 heavy-duty captive fail-safe marine mount series, rated 850 to 1,000 kg static load per unit for large main propulsion diesels in the 500 to 2,000 kW class and heavy auxiliary generator sets. The integral metal cage provides positive mechanical interlock between the upper and lower mounting plates, satisfying the captive retention principle required by classification societies for main-engine resilient mountings aligned with IACS UR M45 intent. Natural frequency is tuned between 8 and 13.5 Hz depending on load point and Shore A selection, delivering 85 to 92 percent isolation for firing frequencies above 40 Hz. The rubber compound is qualified −45 to +70 °C continuous with full engine-room oil, fuel, and humidity resistance. CCS type approval documentation is available; BV, ABS, DNV, LR, NK, KR equivalence packages supplied on request.
