Description
Hicool sources U-tube heat exchanger bundles as replacement tube bundles for existing shell and tube heat exchanger shells, eliminating the need to replace the complete unit. U-tube design allows free thermal expansion without expansion joints and is well suited to high-temperature, high-pressure service. Tube materials: carbon steel, 316L stainless steel, admiralty brass, cupro-nickel 90/10, or titanium. Fabricated to ASME Section VIII Div.1 and TEMA Class R/C standards. Supplied with tube layout drawing, material certificates (EN 10204 3.1), and hydrostatic test report.
Watch: U-Tube Bundle: More Than Length and Diameter
Bundle length and diameter alone are insufficient: tube layout, pass partition and gasket interfaces must also match the existing exchanger.
