Description
Hicool supplies PTFE envelope gaskets for chemical-resistant and FDA-compliant sealing applications. A full-face PTFE jacket encloses a filler core (compressed non-asbestos fibre or rubber), combining PTFE chemical inertness with improved compressibility and blow-out resistance. Suitable for Class 150 flanges in pharmaceutical, food processing, and aggressive chemical services. Resistant to virtually all acids, alkalis, and solvents. Available per ASME B16.21 dimensions. Custom profiles and filler materials available upon inquiry.
