Description
Coalescing oil separator element for compressed air and nitrogen systems, removing aerosol oil carry-over to ≤ 0.01 mg/m³ residual at rated flow. Multi-layer borosilicate glass-fibre and polyester media; integral anti-drain-back valve. Rated for 16–40 bar working pressure and operating temperatures to 80 °C. Compatible with Atlas Copco, Ingersoll Rand, Hamworthy, and Sauer housing dimensions. ISO 8573-1 Class 1 oil content achievable downstream. Sourced from ISO 9001 manufacturers. Recommended for 2,000-hour or annual replacement on marine service and starting air systems to protect downstream control valves and air receivers.
