Description
Hicool sources marine shaft rigid flange couplings in forged carbon steel or alloy steel for direct connection of propulsion and auxiliary machinery shafts. Manufactured to classification society requirements (DNV GL, BV, CCS) for bore size, bolt pitch circle, and keyway dimensions upon request. Flanges are precision-bored, faced, and balanced to G6.3 per ISO 1940-1. Available for shaft diameters from 50 mm to 400 mm. Supplied as matched pairs with fitted bolts and nuts. Dimensional inspection report and material certificates (EN 10204 3.1) provided.
