Description
Heavy-duty air intake filter element for marine reciprocating and screw compressors, combining paper or synthetic polyester media with pre-separator cyclonic section for high-particulate ingress environments. Filtration efficiency ≥ 99.9% at 5 µm per ISO 5011. Designed for salt-laden and humid marine atmospheres; hydrophobic media treatment prevents moisture-induced pressure drop rise. OEM-compatible sizes for Hamworthy, Sauer, Bauer, and equivalent compressor intakes. ISO 9001 supply chain; pressure drop certificates supplied. Replacement interval 500–1,000 hours in heavy-marine-environment service; visual dirt-indicator available on selected housings.
