GCGD-600 Marine Diesel Genset Mount — 600 kg Class, M16 Thread

The GCGD-600 is the 600 kg-class member of Hicool’s GCGD dedicated diesel generator set mount family, engineered for 200 to 400 kW marine auxiliary gensets and stationary industrial power units. The captive fail-safe geometry mechanically retains the genset frame to the seating even under total rubber failure, satisfying classification-society captive retention requirements for auxiliary machinery. The mount is tuned across 9 to 13 Hz natural frequency depending on load point and Shore A selection, delivering 85 to 91 percent isolation of 4-stroke diesel firing frequencies in the 50 to 200 Hz band. Damping coefficient of 0.08 prevents resonant build-up during load-change transients. Rubber compound is qualified across −40 to +80 °C continuous service with full oil, fuel, and engine-room humidity resistance. CCS type approval; BV, ABS, DNV, LR equivalence available.
