Description
Hicool supplies Type E flange insulation gasket kits for cathodic protection and electrical isolation of pipeline flanges. Each kit includes a full-face insulating gasket (G-10 fiberglass or PTFE), insulating sleeves, insulating washers, and steel backing washers per ASME B16.5 bolt circle. Prevents galvanic corrosion between dissimilar metals and isolates impressed current CP systems. Suitable for Class 150 to 600, sizes 1/2″ to 24″. Dielectric strength test certificates and dimensional MTRs provided. Custom isolation kits for higher classes available.
