DX-100 Cylindrical Rubber Mount — M12, 100–250 kg Compression Load

The DX-100 is an M12-threaded cylindrical rubber-metal compression mount with a 100 to 250 kg static load range, the workhorse of general industrial and marine vibration isolation. The simple cylindrical form factor delivers predictable compression stiffness, easy installation in confined envelopes, and broad compatibility with standard equipment mounting patterns. Natural frequency lands between 10 and 15 Hz depending on applied load and Shore A selection, giving 80 to 88 percent isolation for disturbance frequencies above 40 Hz. The DX series does not offer integral captive fail-safe retention and is therefore suited to non-safety-critical applications including small auxiliary pumps, industrial compressors, control-panel seating, engineering-machinery cab mounts, and general vibration-pad duty. Shore A 45 maximizes isolation for light loads; Shore 55 covers the mid-band; Shore 65 handles upper loads or high-temperature locations.
