Description
Shell-and-tube oil cooler for reciprocating and rotary-screw air compressors, designed to reduce lubricating oil temperature by 25–40 °C at rated flow using jacket cooling water or sea water. Tube bundle: 90/10 copper-nickel (CuNi) for seawater service or plain copper for freshwater circuits. Shell: carbon steel SA-516 Gr.70. Design pressure: tube side 10 bar, shell side 16 bar. TEMA-C construction; removable bundle for cleaning. Compatible with Hamworthy, Sauer, and Atlas Copco cooling circuit dimensions. Hicool sources from ISO 9001 and CCS-approved heat-exchanger manufacturers. Hydrostatic test certificate supplied.
