Description
Direct-acting spring-loaded pressure safety valve for compressed air receivers and pressure vessels, manufactured and stamped to ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII requirements. Set pressure range 7–35 bar (adjustable at factory; field-adjustable version available). Inlet connection 1/2″–2″ NPT or ANSI 150# RF flange. Full-bore lift at 10% overpressure per API 520. Body: carbon steel or 316 SS; seat and disc: 17-4 PH stainless. Supplied with ASME UV stamp, test certificate, and tag. Compatible with CCS, BV, ABS, and DNV pressure equipment survey requirements. Bulk supply for new-build vessel air receiver installations.
