Description
Replacement valve plate assembly for reciprocating air compressors, covering combined suction and discharge valve configurations in a single precision-machined plate. Material: hardened alloy steel (58–62 HRC seating surfaces) with ground flatness ≤ 0.005 mm. Compatible with Hamworthy, Sauer, and Bauer cylinder head dimensions; custom machining available on request. Supplied with full gasket set (cylinder head, valve plate, and intercooler interface). ISO 9001 supply chain; 3.1 material certificates available. Recommended replacement interval: every 8,000–12,000 operating hours or during scheduled compressor overhaul.
