Description
Replacement piston ring sets for reciprocating air compressors, available in cast iron (standard oil-lubricated duty) and PTFE-composite (oil-free duty) material grades. Manufactured to OEM bore and groove tolerances for Hamworthy, Sauer, Bauer, and equivalent marine compressor models. Ring configurations: compression rings, wiper rings, and oil-control rings supplied as complete cylinder kit. Surface finish Ra ≤ 0.4 µm for optimal sealing and run-in. ISO 9001 certified; dimensional inspection certificates available. Suitable for planned maintenance overhauls and emergency repair across CCS, BV, ABS, and DNV-classed compressor installations.
