Description
Suction (intake) valve assembly for reciprocating air compressors, comprising valve seat, stainless-steel spring-loaded disc or poppet, retainer plate, and sealing gasket. Manufactured to OEM dimensional tolerances for Atlas Copco, Bauer, Hamworthy, and Sauer compressor models. Spring material: 17-7 PH stainless steel for fatigue resistance in continuous-duty marine service. Valve disc: hardened stainless or PEEK composite options. ISO 9001 supply chain; material certificates and dimensional inspection reports supplied. Suitable for scheduled overhaul kits and emergency in-service replacement aboard CCS/BV/ABS-classed vessels.
