A heavy-duty single-gypsy electric anchor windlass for 78 mm studlink chain on large bulk carriers, VLCCs, and offshore production vessels. High-power electric motor with soft-start or variable-frequency drive; robust welded-steel frame with class-required brake and chain stopper. Chain speed at rated pull approximately 9 m/min at maximum load. Available with CCS, BV, ABS, DNV, and LR type approval.
