Piping systems are the arteries of any vessel or industrial plant. Whether it’s high-pressure steam lines on a bulk carrier, low-temperature service piping on an LPG tanker, or process piping in a petrochemical facility, the right material specification and reliable supply chain determine both safety and operational lifespan.
Hicool works directly with China’s leading pipe mills — including facilities holding ASTM, EN, and classification society approvals — to supply carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, and copper-nickel piping materials. Every order ships with complete mill test certificates (MTC 3.1 or 3.2), and we coordinate third-party inspection when required by your project specifications.
Material Grades We Supply
Our piping inventory covers the full spectrum of marine and industrial applications. For standard carbon steel service, we supply ASTM A106 Grade B and A53 seamless pipes alongside ASTM A333 Grade 6 for low-temperature applications down to -46°C. Stainless steel lines are available in ASTM A312 TP304/304L and TP316/316L, with duplex grades (UNS S31803/S32205) for aggressive seawater and chemical environments.
For seawater systems, our copper-nickel piping range includes 90/10 CuNi (ASTM B467 C70600) and 70/30 CuNi (ASTM B467 C71500), supplied as seamless or welded tubes with matching fittings per ASTM B466. These alloys deliver proven resistance to biofouling and erosion-corrosion in marine cooling water systems.
Pipe Fittings & Accessories
Complete piping systems require more than straight pipe. We supply butt-weld fittings (elbows, tees, reducers, caps) per ASTM A234 WPB/WPC for carbon steel and ASTM A403 WP304/316 for stainless steel. Socket-weld and threaded fittings are available per ASTM A105 and A182. All fittings are dimensionally verified to ASME B16.9 or B16.11 before shipment.

What pipe standards can you supply to?
We supply pipes manufactured to ASTM, ASME, EN, JIS, and GB standards. For marine applications, all materials can be supplied with classification society approval from CCS, BV, ABS, DNV, LR, NK, or KR.
Can you supply complete piping packages with fittings?
Yes. We regularly supply matched pipe-and-fitting packages from the same heat, ensuring material consistency and simplified documentation for your project.
What is the typical lead time for piping materials?
Standard carbon steel sizes ship within 2-3 weeks from stock. Special alloys (CuNi, duplex) and non-standard dimensions typically require 6-10 weeks from order confirmation.
Do you provide MTC 3.2 certificates?
Yes. We supply EN 10204 Type 3.1 certificates as standard. Type 3.2 certificates with third-party witness are available upon request — we coordinate directly with the appointed inspector.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no fixed MOQ. We handle everything from small spare-part orders of a few pieces to full newbuilding piping packages of hundreds of tons.
