Replacement Parts for Marine Air Compressors

Marine starting air and service air compressors run for decades. The compressors outlive their spare parts support: original makers discontinue older model lines, minimum order quantities rise, and a single valve set can arrive months after the vessel needed it. Meanwhile the wearing parts — valves, rings, packings, cooler elements — are consumed on a fixed maintenance interval regardless.

Hicool supplies replacement parts for the compressor models listed below. These are not original manufacturer parts. They are produced in China to the dimensions and material specification of the original component, checked against the original before shipment, and supplied at a fraction of original-parts pricing with shorter lead times.

Where a vessel’s class or warranty position requires original manufacturer parts, say so in your enquiry and we will quote original parts through the maker’s channel instead. Both routes are available — the choice is yours to make, not ours to make for you.

What We Need to Quote

Compressor spare parts fail on dimensions, not on intent. A piston ring with the correct bore but the wrong groove height does not seal. Before we quote, send whichever of the following you have:

• Compressor nameplate photograph — maker, model, serial number, year
• Part number from the maker’s parts catalogue, if you have the catalogue
• Photograph of the worn part, with a tape measure or caliper in frame
• Drawing or sketch with the critical dimensions marked, for non-standard items
• Quantity and required delivery date

A nameplate photograph alone is usually enough for the models listed on this page. For models not listed, a photograph of the part plus two or three key dimensions lets us confirm whether it can be produced.
