Deck Machinery IACS UR SOLAS Ch.II-1 ISO 7364
Anchor windlasses, mooring winches, capstans, towing winches, tugger winches, and shark jaw/towing pin systems. Available with hydraulic or electric drive, with SWL ranging from 5 tonnes to 300+ tonnes. All deck machinery is manufactured to IACS Unified Requirements and carries type-approval from CCS, BV, ABS, or DNV as required by the vessel’s class. Marine Air Compressors CCS Rules SOLAS Ch.II-1 Reg.32
Starting air compressors and service air compressors in 28 models, from 30 m³/h to 240 m³/h, working pressure 3.0 MPa. All units CCS type-approved. Two-stage, water-cooled, with auto-drain and safety relief. Supplied as complete units with motor, base frame, control panel, and interconnecting piping.
Marine HVAC & Refrigeration CCS Rules ISO 7547
Packaged marine air conditioners (cooling capacity 5 kW to 200 kW), provision plant refrigeration systems, air handling units, and ducting components. Designed for vessels operating in tropical conditions per ISO 7547. Refrigerant options: R410A, R407C, and R134a. All units factory-tested with run-in test reports.
Marine Motors & Drives IEC 60034 CCS Rules
Y-H series marine three-phase asynchronous motors (0.55 kW to 315 kW), explosion-proof variants (Ex d IIB T4/T3), and DC motors for winch applications. All motors carry CCS or BV type approval and comply with IEC 60034 performance standards. IP56 protection standard for marine environment.
