Hydraulic Cylinders for Marine & Industrial Use
We supply tie-rod cylinders per ISO 6020 (mill type) and ISO 6022 (round body) for industrial applications, plus custom-engineered marine cylinders for deck machinery. Bore diameters range from 40 mm to 500 mm, with stroke lengths up to 6,000 mm. Cylinder barrels are precision-honed (H8 tolerance, Ra ≤ 0.4 μm), and piston rods are hard-chrome plated to a minimum 20 μm thickness for corrosion resistance in marine environments.
Seal kits use Parker, Hallite, or equivalent materials rated for the operating pressure and fluid temperature of each application. We stock common seal kits for quick replacement and can supply custom seal configurations for OEM-equivalent repairs.
Valves & Control Systems
Our valve range includes directional control valves (spool and poppet types), proportional valves for precise flow and pressure control, pressure relief valves, check valves, and solenoid valves. Standard warranty is 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from shipment, whichever occurs first. Extended warranty options are available for complete HPU packages.
