Accurate and reliable instrumentation is the eyes and ears of every engine room and process plant. Pressure gauges, temperature sensors, level indicators, and flow meters provide the real-time data that operators depend on for safe and efficient operation. In marine environments, these instruments must withstand constant vibration, salt-laden air, wide temperature swings, and years of continuous service without drift or failure.

Pressure Measurement
Our pressure gauge range covers Bourdon tube gauges (C-type, helical, spiral) for local indication, diaphragm seal gauges for corrosive and viscous media, and digital pressure transmitters with 4-20 mA or HART output for remote monitoring systems. Accuracy classes from 1.6 (general marine) to 0.25 (precision industrial) are available. All marine gauges feature stainless steel cases, glycerin filling for vibration dampening, and IP65 or higher ingress protection.
Pressure ranges cover from vacuum (-1 bar) through standard process pressures (up to 600 bar) to ultra-high-pressure applications (up to 1,600 bar). Connection types include 1/2″ BSP, 1/4″ NPT, M20x1.5, and custom flange connections per DIN 11851 or sanitary tri-clamp.
Temperature Measurement
Temperature instruments include resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) with Pt100/Pt1000 elements per IEC 60751, thermocouples (Type K, J, T, E, N, S, R) per IEC 60584, and bimetallic dial thermometers for local indication. Thermowell materials include carbon steel, SS316, Inconel 600, and Hastelloy C276, designed to ASME PTC 19.3 TW-2016 for wake frequency calculation in high-velocity applications.

Yes. Our instrument manufacturers hold CCS, BV, and DNV type approvals for marine-grade gauges and sensors. Each instrument is supplied with the relevant type approval certificate and individual calibration report.
Can you supply instruments for hazardous area (Ex) applications?
Yes. We supply ATEX and IECEx certified instruments for Zone 0, 1, and 2 applications. Explosion-proof (Ex d), intrinsically safe (Ex ia/ib), and increased safety (Ex e) protection types are available.
What output signals are available for transmitters?
Standard output is 4-20 mA with HART protocol. Modbus RTU (RS485), Profibus PA, and Foundation Fieldbus outputs are available for integration with modern DCS and PLC systems.
Can you match OEM instrument specifications for replacement orders?

What is included in the calibration certificate?
Each calibration certificate includes five-point upscale and downscale readings, as-found and as-left data, reference standard traceability, ambient conditions, and uncertainty statement per ISO 17025 methodology.
