What We Supply

Anchor windlasses are available in both electric and hydraulic drive configurations, covering chain diameters from 22 mm up to 100+ mm for VLCC-class vessels. We supply split-type windlasses (separate chain wheels for port and starboard), combination windlass-mooring winches, and vertical capstan-windlass units for space-constrained foredeck arrangements. All units come with class-approved design drawings, test certificates, and spare parts kits.

Mooring winches range from simple single-drum electric winches for coastal vessels to high-capacity double-drum hydraulic split winches for offshore supply vessels and tankers. Configuration options include automatic tension control, level-wind systems, and OCIMF-compliant rope tail arrangements. Brake holding capacity follows IACS UR A2 requirements, typically rated at 80% of rope MBL.

Towing winches and capstans cover escort towing, harbour towing, and anchor-handling applications. We supply waterfall-type towing winches with dynamic braking for AHT vessels, as well as electric capstans (vertical and horizontal) for general mooring and warping duties.

Deck hardware and accessories include Panama-type fairleads, roller fairleads (universal and pedestal-mount), bollards (single and double), chain stoppers (bar-type and tongue-type), anchor chain cables (Grade U2 and U3, Stud-Link), and chain accessories (swivels, shackles, joining shackles).
