What information do I need to provide for a quote?
Product name or type, specifications (model number, dimensions, pressure rating, material), quantity, required certifications (CCS, BV, ABS, DNV, LR, NK, KR, RINA, RS, etc.), and delivery port. The more detail you provide, the faster and more accurate our quote will be.
How quickly will I receive a quotation?
We reply within 24 hours on working days to confirm what we have and what is still needed. The full quotation follows once the manufacturer confirms price, availability and lead time; custom-engineered equipment also needs technical review.
What trade terms do you offer?
We offer FOB, CIF, CFR, and DDP terms. Spare parts are supplied on 100% T/T in advance. For larger equipment orders, payment terms are agreed per order.
Can you supply equipment with class society certification?
Yes. Products can be supplied with CCS, BV, ABS, DNV, LR, NK, KR, RINA or RS class certificates, issued to the manufacturer and passed on with the goods. Tell us which classification society your vessel requires and we confirm coverage for the specific item before quoting.
Do you handle logistics and export documentation?
Yes. Full export service including custom crating, fumigation, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and bill of lading. We ship via major Chinese ports (Shanghai, Taicang, Zhangjiagang).
What is the minimum order quantity?
No strict MOQ for most items — we handle everything from single spare parts to full project packages. For custom-manufactured equipment, MOQ depends on the factory and product type.
